Kelsey Sebastian, owner of Kelsey’s on Main, was born and raised in Jackson, Kentucky. Upon her completion at the University of Kentucky with a degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism, she moved home to pursue her dream. With the help of her family, Kelsey’s opened in June 2014, located in the historic Hogg Building in downtown Jackson. The Hogg Building, established in 1914, was purchased and renovated by Laura & Steve Thomas (Kelsey’s Aunt). Pictures of old downtown and family members are displayed, along with memorabilia from the Jackson Drug Store. The building still features its original hardwood floors and tin ceilings as part of its charming décor.
